Our holiday plan

A simple, fair plan for the school holidays across two homes. Agree a pattern for each break, note who has the children, the dates and the handover — then keep it living on your shared calendar so it stays current.

Easter 2 weeks
May half-term 1 week
Summer — block 1 six weeks, split into blocks

Childcare & cost notes

Who covers working-day childcare in the holidays, and how you'll share the costs (clubs, trips, holiday care).

Made with ParentGlow · parentglow.co.uk — keep it on your shared calendar: UK school terms, INSET days and bank holidays are already in, so the pattern lands on real dates and both homes see the same thing.

This is a voluntary plan to help you organise the holidays together — general information, not legal advice. For child-arrangements advice, see GOV.UK or speak to a family mediator or solicitor.
