The short version
One plan for both homes, or a plan for each parent?
OurFamilyWizard bills per parent
Its UK plans page says each co-parent has their own account and subscription. A parent can pay for the other parent, but two people using it still need two subscriptions.
Its plans now separate call and record features
Essentials has a monthly call allowance. Premium adds unlimited calls and digital business records affidavits. Max adds optional call recordings and transcriptions.
ParentGlow takes a different route
ParentGlow is free during early access. Families already in early access stay free until we tell them otherwise, then get a lower founding price for their first 12 months, before the standard £5.99 a month or £59.99 a year, and one plan covers both parents. Sitter links for grandparents and childminders cost nothing extra. Exporting your data is always free.

OurFamilyWizard also says its UK plans have a 30-day refund policy, with platform-specific variation, and that child, third-party and professional accounts have limited or relevant free access. Check the primary source before buying.

The fair choice
Where OurFamilyWizard may be the better fit.
If documented calls are important, the published OurFamilyWizard plans give you options ParentGlow does not currently offer. Premium includes unlimited calls, while Max adds optional recording and transcription. If those are the tools your family needs, that is a real reason to consider it.
OurFamilyWizard also has the longer track record. It has been running since 2001 and is well established in the US family court system, with tamper-resistant messaging and court reports. If your case is already built around it, that standing is a genuine strength, not something to talk you out of.
ParentGlow may be the simpler fit if you want both homes on one plan, a UK-first day-to-day experience and Free data export. It is new and still in early access, so it does not pretend to offer every feature of an established competitor.

How much is OurFamilyWizard in the UK?
On its UK plans page, checked 2026-10-22, OurFamilyWizard lists Essentials at £107.99 billed annually per parent, Premium at £155.99 billed annually per parent, and Max at £215.99 billed annually per parent. The same page shows £9/mo, £13/mo and £18/mo respectively. Each parent needs their own subscription, although one parent can pay for the other.
What does each OurFamilyWizard plan include?
Essentials includes documented calls with a 45-minute monthly allowance, Writing Assistant, schedules, messages, shared expenses, Check-ins, PDF records and 5 GB of file storage. Premium adds unlimited calls, event import and storage plus unlimited digital business records affidavits. Max adds optional call recordings and transcriptions.
