How much does ParentGlow cost?
£5.99 a month, or £59.99 a year — that's roughly two months free. One subscription covers both parents and the wider circle you invite. It's free during early access while we build with founding families.
Do both parents pay separately?
No. One plan covers both homes — both parents, plus the wider circle you choose to bring into your family space. Charging each parent separately punishes a family for living in two homes, so we simply don't.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — and it's the better value: at £59.99 a year you get roughly two months free versus paying monthly. You choose monthly or annual when you sign up, and you can turn off auto-renewal whenever you like. Exporting your data is always free, so you're never locked in by your records.
What is the founding-family discount?
Families who join during early access lock in a founding discount when we launch — our thank-you for helping shape ParentGlow and leaving the first reviews. Join the early-access list to be in.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your records are never held hostage. If a plan lapses, you keep safe access to everything already in your family space and can export all of it — free, forever. The active features simply pause until you're back.
Is exporting my data really free?
Always. Exporting your whole family record — messages, expenses, calendar and documents — is free and unlimited, forever. It's your family's record, not ours.
