How much does ParentGlow cost?
£5.99 a month, or £59.99 a year — that's roughly two months free. One subscription covers both parents, and sitter links for grandparents and childminders cost nothing extra. It's free during early access while we build with founding families.
Do both parents pay separately?
No. One plan covers both homes: both parents, in one shared family space. Charging each parent separately punishes a family for living in two homes, so we simply don't.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — and it's the better value: at £59.99 a year you get roughly two months free versus paying monthly. You choose monthly or annual when you sign up, and you can turn off auto-renewal whenever you like. Exporting your data is always free, so you're never locked in by your records.
What is the founding price?
Families who join soon after paid plans start pay a lower founding price for their first months, after the free period, and then the standard £5.99 a month or £59.99 a year. Families on the early-access list get the founding price for longer — our thank-you for helping shape ParentGlow. It's time-limited, not a lasting discount, and you'll see the exact price before you pay anything. Join the early-access list to be in.
What happens if I stop paying?
Planning and messages pause straight away. Your past records stay readable for 30 days, and you can export everything, free, at any time. Your children's allergies, critical medicines and emergency contacts stay viewable. Nothing is deleted: renew whenever you like and everything comes back.
Is exporting my data really free?
Always. Exporting your whole family record — messages, expenses, calendar and documents — is free and unlimited, forever. It's your family's record, not ours.
