How we protect it
Encrypted in transit
Everything between your device and ParentGlow travels over encrypted HTTPS, so it can't be read in the middle.
You only see your own family's data
Access is checked on the server for every single request — not just hidden in the app. The co-parent sees the shared record; nobody sees your private notes or another family's information.
A record you can trust
Messages and handover notes are permanent and timestamped, with read receipts — no quiet edits or deletions. Critical changes are written to a tamper-evident SHA-256 integrity chain, so the history of what was agreed holds up. If you ever need to share it, exports come out tidy and court-ready, formatted with Practice Direction 27A in mind.

We follow UK data-protection law from the ground up, collect only what we need, and use no third-party advertising or analytics that identify you. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Your data is yours
Exporting your whole family record — messages, expenses, calendar, documents — is free and unlimited, forever. We never sell your data, and your records aren't held hostage to a subscription: if a plan lapses you keep safe access and can still export everything.
